Volvo is all about safety, but why should we only prevent deaths if we can also save lives? We equipped Volvos with an AED and connected them to the 112 emergency call system. When a cardiac arrest is reported to 112, a nearby Volvo equipped with a Lifesaver immediately receives a notification and is automatically navigated to the location to bring the AED and start resuscitation.
